At this point in the term, some of you have missing assignments and it is too late to complete them. Here are two alternate assignments that could be completed in order to avoid getting zeros on your Term 2 report card.

Or... if you are busy, then find a Netflix account that you can access and choose from one of the following films:

- Antarctic Edge - 70 degrees south
- Episode 6 of Frozen Planet - Human Journeys
1. Then watch the movie and take notes on 3 categories: Impacts/Effects on Biosphere (animals/plants); Impacts/Effects on Lithosphere/Hydropshere; Other Interesting Facts
2. Summarize your notes into 2 paragraphs describing what you have learned, connections to this class and our course material, and why these issues raised in the movies are important to us as people and as global citizens.
