Happy Friday! Today we are preparing for our test next class, and we finished up the unit by discussing the notion of natural 'hazards' vs. natural 'disasters'. In particular, we examined the case study of the Japanese Earthquake/Tsunami of 2011 vs. the Boxing Day Tsunami of 2004.
