After completing the Glaciers/Atmosphere/Water unit assignment, we are now moving on to the second half of our 'Source to Sea' unit. We will be taking a look at:
- Rivers - Life Cycle, Famous Case Studies, Importance, and why they are at risk
- Wetlands - What are they, and why are they important - ex. Deltas, marshlands, mangrove forests, etc.
- Oceans - What are some of the issues facing them - overfishing, plastics, coral reefs, climate change
Last, we will end the unit off taking a look at solutions to some of the problems facing these water bodies.
